Questions

Frequently asked questions about selling bulk

Where do I send the bulk?

After sending your request you see a page with the postal address and a step by step guide to pack your parcel well. You also receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours with all the information. Only ship your parcel after that confirmation.

What is the minimum I can send?

Your bulk needs a sale value of at least €30. The calculator shows how far you are from the minimum. Whether it's a small collection or a large lot, we process your bulk with the same care.

What if I enter the wrong quantity in the calculator?

No problem. We count everything carefully on arrival. If a quantity differs, we adjust the value based on what we actually receive and email you the final calculation. The quantities sent are decisive.

Where do Ascended Heroes (ASC) Reverse Holos belong?

Enter them under the regular Reverse Holos. Both the Energy Reverse Holos and the Ball Reverse Holos from Ascended Heroes (ASC) fall under the regular Reverse Holo category.

How should I pack my bulk?

Sort per category in stacks of at most 100 cards in plastic bags, use a sturdy box that is just big enough and fill all empty space so nothing can shift. Put a note with your name and email address in the parcel. After your request you get a detailed step by step guide.

Who pays the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are for the sender, and the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us. We recommend an insured and tracked shipment.

How long until I get my money?

Usually within 24 hours of receiving and checking your cards. Large lots can take a little longer, but you get an update and your payout within 48 hours at the latest. We email you as soon as it's done.

Can I sell my bulk for store credit instead of money?

Yes. If you choose store credit, you get 20% extra value on top of what your bulk is worth. You can use the credit in our webshop for single cards, sealed products and more.

What happens if my bulk doesn't meet the requirements?

Then we contact you. You choose: we adjust the price based on the cards that do meet the requirements, or we send your bulk back for €10.95 per parcel (paid in advance).

What is the difference between Basic Energy and Special Energy?

Basic Energy is in every booster, is unnumbered or has a number like SVE001-008 and says "Basic Energy" at the top of the card. Special Energy belongs to a set, has a set number and says "Special Energy" at the top left.

Sales agreement for bulk sales

Parties:

Seller: The applicant of the sales form for bulk sales, hereinafter referred to as "Seller".

Cards Center: Buyer, hereinafter referred to as "Cards Center".

Introduction:
This agreement governs the sale of bulk Pokémon cards by the Seller to Cards Center. By submitting the sales form and subsequently sending the cards, the Seller agrees to all terms and conditions as set out below. The Seller is strongly advised to read this agreement carefully.

Article 1: Offer and Form

1.1. The sales form completed online by the Seller is a non-binding offer to sell. The quantities and categories stated therein by the Seller are a provisional basis for calculation.

1.2. The actual offer to sell is made by physically sending the parcel with cards to Cards Center, in accordance with the instructions of Cards Center.

Article 2: Binding and Final Calculation

2.1. The Seller expressly declares that they understand that the sale is binding after shipment. The actual quantities present in the parcels received are decisive for the final calculation and payment.

2.2. If the information provided by the Seller in the form proves to be incorrect or incomplete, Cards Center has the right to make a new, final calculation based on the cards actually received. The Seller is obliged to accept this revised calculation by Cards Center. There is no right to terminate the agreement on the basis of a lower outcome of this final calculation.

2.3. Cards Center reserves the right to refuse the agreement entirely and to return the parcel at the Seller's expense if, in the opinion of Cards Center, the discrepancy between the quantities stated in the form and the quantities actually received is so large that it can no longer be regarded as an innocent mistake. In that case, the Seller owes the return costs referred to in Article 4.2.

Article 3: Conditions Relating to the Cards

3.1. Condition: All cards must be in new condition (Near Mint), free from scratches, creases, dents, stains or other damage as assessed by Cards Center according to industry-standard criteria. Cards Center reserves the right to refuse (part of) the bulk if it does not meet this condition. In that case, the parcel concerned will be returned at the Seller's expense (at €10.95 per parcel required).

3.2. Basic Energy Cards: The Seller declares that no Basic Energy cards remain in the bulk, with the exception of a single copy.

3.3. TCG Live Codes: Where applicable, the Seller declares that all TCG Live code cards are unused.

3.4. Language: The Seller understands and accepts that only English-language cards are purchased and accepted by Cards Center. Non-English cards will be removed from the shipment, will not form part of the calculation and will not be returned to the Seller.

3.5. Sorting: When shipped, the cards must be divided into the categories specified by Cards Center (such as Common/Uncommon, Rare, etc.) to allow correct checking and calculation. If the cards are not sorted in the prescribed manner, Cards Center reserves the right to calculate all cards at the rate for the lowest category (Common/Uncommon).

Article 4: Shipping, Risk and Costs

4.1. Mandatory Shipping Method: The Seller is obliged to send the parcel by registered and insured mail for the full value of the expected sale price according to the sales form. Proof of shipment and insurance must be kept by the Seller.

4.2. Own Responsibility and Risk: The Seller is fully responsible for correctly sending the parcel and ensuring that it arrives at Cards Center. Cards Center accepts no liability for parcels lost or damaged during transport, regardless of the cause.

4.3. Return Costs: If a parcel is wholly or partly refused on the grounds of Article 3.1 (unacceptable condition), or if Cards Center refuses the agreement on the grounds of Article 2.3, the shipping costs for return shipment amounting to €10.95 per return parcel will be charged to the Seller. This amount will be deducted from any purchase prices owed or invoiced to the Seller by Cards Center.

Article 5: Payment and Costs

5.1. Payment by Cards Center takes place on the basis of the final calculation as referred to in Article 2, after receipt and inspection of the cards.

5.2. The payment method and term will be communicated by Cards Center after the final calculation.

5.3. In the event of partial or complete rejection of a shipment on the grounds of Article 3, Cards Center has the right to charge €20.- in administration and processing costs for the additional inspection and handling. These costs will be deducted from any purchase price owed or recovered by invoice in the event of a complete return.

Article 6: Final Provisions

6.1. By sending the parcel with cards, the Seller declares that they have read, understood and irrevocably accept this entire agreement.

6.2. The Seller's right to terminate the agreement after the cards have been sent is excluded, except in the event of unlawful conduct by Cards Center.

6.3. The final calculation established by Cards Center is binding on the parties. The Seller can only dispute this calculation on the grounds of an alleged calculation or counting error. Such an objection must be submitted by the Seller to Cards Center in writing (including by email) and with detailed substantiation within 14 calendar days of the date of the calculation notice. An objection that is not submitted on time or is insufficiently substantiated will not be considered. After this period of 14 days has expired, the calculation is deemed to have been accepted by the Seller as final and irrevocable and any right to dispute lapses.

6.4. This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
